FIRSTS PROJECTS

During the first months of activity, IMSHYDRO has already worked for important companies in the field of hydro-generation. The most important references in this first phase are:

C.H. TSANGA B

· C.H. Tsanga B: Design and manufacturing of a welded body butterfly valve (DN1000 PN16) with a single acting actuator opening by oil pressure and closing by counterweight.
Includes a device which locks the valve in the fully open and in the fully closed position.
Is included a completed by-pass line (DN100 PN16) with an automatic needle valve and a manual valve.

C.H. FRESER

· C.H. Freser: Design, manufacturing, supply and factory tests of a spherical valve (DN489 PN53,13) operated by a simple effect servo which opens by oil and closes by counterweight. Forged fabrication body with two covers and two bronze-aluminum mobile closing rings, which closes against two rings assembled at the ball. The downstream locking ring has a detection device for applied / unapplied positions, with double mechanical security to avoid seat application with the opened valve and valve opening with applied seat.
Includes pressurized water injection group for the valve’s seals, which takes the water from the penstock.
Includes a by-pass line (DN50 PN53,13) with an automatic double effect needle valve and a manual gate valve.

C.H. GUAVIO

· C.H. Guavio: Manufacturing of 5 valves for the reviewing lock of spherical valves.

C.H. NDIZA

· C.H. NDIZA:  Design and manufacture of spherical guard valve (DN500 PN42) with its by-pass system, including an automatic needle valve (DN80 PN42).

C.H. Long Banga 

· C.H. Long Banga:  Design and manufacture of two MIV butterflies (DN400 PN25) and their by-pass system, including an automatic needle valve (DN50 PN25).

C.H. Portas

· C.H. Portas:  Design and manufacture of a hollow-jet valve (Hollow Bunger) DN350 PN16.

C.H. VIELHA

· C.H. Vielha:  Refurbishment of a spherical valve (DN900 PN20), improving the movable sealing system, and refurbishment of the discharge valve (needle valve DN500 PN20) including replacement of its 3-way pilot valve for a new one.

C.H. Naranjero 

· C.H. Naranjero:  Manufacturing of a conduit system to regulate and guarantee the minimum ecological flow. The installation is attached to a Taintor gate (so it was movable), and made in stainless steel with and all its weldings were X-rayed.

C.H. CABRIL 

· C.H. Cabril:  Design and supply of an automatic needle valve DN300 PN25 to drive a by-pass.

C.H. Bossòst

· C.H. Bossòst:  Refurbishment of a spherical valve, improving the movable sealing system DN 1300 pn 16.

C.H. BONO

· C.H. Bono:  Butterfly header valve of new manufacturing DN1300 PN10.

C.H. SANTA EULALIA 

C.H. Santa Eulalia: Rehabilitation of the water supply of ecological flow circuit, eliminating the current metal pipe and replacing with stainless steel, DN350 PN16 gate valves, howell bunger and platform.

C.H. MURIAS

· C.H. Murias: Rehabilitation of the two guard valves of the turbines of the hydroelectric power station of Murias DN800 PN25. Solving its problems of opening and closing by modifying the system of bearings to the axes.

E.B. PASTERAL

E.B. Pasteral: The ring valve repair DN 1600 , verification of its status and improving of the design to eliminate the existing performance problems.

PRESA DE LA ALMENDRA 

· Presa de la Almendra: Gate’s valve Bureau DN1800 PN25 for conduit of ecological flow regulation. In addition, the project also includes various valves equipment including as most notable a howell bunger valve DN500 PN25 and a needle valve DN150 PN25.

C.H. EL TOQUI

· C.H. El Toqui: Newly butterfly valve manufactured DN1100 PN10 for turbine isolation (in process of manufacturing).

C.H. VADOMOJÓN

· C.H. Vadomojón: Newly butterfly valve manufactured DN1320 PN8 to isolation of the turbine. (In process of manufacturing).

C.H. PONT DE REI G2

· C.H. Pont de Rei G2: Repair of butterfly valve DN1900 PN10, solving difficulties in its closing movement by means of a modification in its operation and axes.

CH VADOMOJÓN (VOITH)

· C.H. Vadomojón (VOITH): Válvula mariposa de nueva fabricación DN 1320 PN8 para aislamiento de turbina. (En fase fabricación).

CH PONT DE REI G2 (ENDESA GENERACIÓN)

· C.H. Pont de Rei G2 (ENDESA GENERACIÓN): Reparación de válvula mariposa DN1900 PN10, solucionado dificultades en su movimiento de cierre mediante una modificación en su accionamiento y ejes.

PRESA DE LA ALMENDRA (IBERDROLA GENERACIÓN)

· Presa de la Almendra (IBERDROLA GENERACIÓN): Válvula de compuerta Bureau DN-1800 PN-25 para conducto de regulación de caudal ecológico. Adicionalmente, el proyecto también incluye diversa valvulería incluyendo cómo elementos más destacables una válvula de chorro hueco DN500 PN25 y una válvula de aguja DN150 PN25.

CH EL TOQUI (ANDRITZ)

· C.H. El Toqui (ANDRITZ): Válvula mariposa de nueva fabricación DN1100 PN10 para aislamiento de turbina. (En fase fabricación).

C.H. MURIAS

· C.H. Murias: Rehabilitación de las dos válvulas de guardia de las turbinas de la central hidroeléctrica de Murias DN800 PN25. Solucionando sus problemas de apertura y cierre de estas modificando su sistema de cojinetes en los ejes.

E.B. PASTERAL

· E.B. Pasteral: Reparación de la válvula anular DN 1.600, verificación de su estado interior y mejora de su diseño para eliminar los problemas de funcionamiento existentes.
